Fluorine rubber (FKM) is an elastomer composed of carbon (C) and fluorine (F) compounds and exhibits excellent performance such as heat resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical resistance

A copolymer of vinylidene fluoride (VDF), Hexafluoro propylene (HFP), and tetrafluoro ethylene (TFE) that is divided into binary (VDF+HFP) and ternary (VDF+HFP+TFE) depending on the number of monomers

Supplier

Huaxia Shenzhou社

We exclusively import and supply FKM of Huaxia Shenzhou, an affiliate company of Dongyue Group, which is the largest fluoropolymer manufacturer in China.

Product descriptions

Binary FKM (Copolymer)

The FKM Copolymer Gum-26 series is a binary copolymer of VDF and HFP with a fluorine content of 66% or more. After vulcanization, it has excellent mechanical performance, oil resistance, and heat resistance, and is used for gaskets, o-rings, and wire covering in aviation, rocket, missile, shipbuilding, and automobile fields.

Ternary FKM (Terpolymer)

The FKM Terpolymer Gum-246 series is a ternary copolymer of VDF, TFE, and HFP. It has better heat resistance and chemical resistance compared to binary copolymer. It also has excellent mechanical properties and can be used for a long time at 275℃ and for a short time at 320℃. Oil resistance and acid resistance is better than FKM-26, and ozone, radiation, electrical, and flame resistance are similar to FKM-26.
